Reflections

“I left the retreat feeling amazed at the wonders of family constellations, hungry for more, and with a newfound community of incredible humans that I am still in touch with to this day. The entire experience was so healing - from the food we ate, to the community we fostered, to the processes we engaged with, to the land that we were blessed to be with. I have never experienced anything like this and outside of Sankofa, I doubt I will ever again."
