Family Constellations

Unravel the intricate dynamics of your family lineage. Kafui facilitates this powerful method to help you understand and heal inherited patterns, allowing you to break free and create a more aligned future.

This method with roots in Zulu culture, explores the familial bonds that shape our lives. Kafui facilitates this powerful process, allowing individuals to experience somatically and embody to deeper understand the dynamics within their family systems and lineages. This work often leads to breakthroughs and re-alignment, as participants and representatives gain insights into inherited patterns that may be impacting their lives.

Private sessions are available in person in South Africa and online worldwide.

Monthly workshops are offered at Holistic Lighthouse in Capetown.

Family Constellations Offerings

  • Monthly Workshops

    Since May 2024 we have offered monthly Family Constellations workshops at Lighthouse Holistic in Capetown.

    These gatherings alternate between sessions that are open to all and sessions for Black, Indigenous People of Color only.

  • Personalized Constellations

    An opportunity to have a Constellation facilitated for you in person or online.

    There is the option to have representatives for in person constellations or work with figurines/ dollies for online sessions.

  • Group bookings

    A half or full day Constellation with a group of your choosing. Exploring within your own chosen community to represent and experience this process.

    Option to choose your own venue or utilize Lighthouse Holistic at cost.
